*NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS‼️
Which means that you have 7 DAYS to return for store credit only. NO exceptions
Shipping fees are NON refundable
Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product/order within 24hr. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Glam Fusion Styles will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgement. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your package. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping fees
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
Exchanges
At Glam Fusion Styles, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold.
***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits, bodysuit sets, white clothing and all accessories.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, makeup and smoke.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us.
5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
6. Glam Fusion Styles diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
Damages/Wrong items
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival via email (glamfusionstyles@gmail.com). If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue a credit. It is imperative that you report the damage to us within this time frame, including pictures of the damages in your email, so we can assist you immediately in getting your matter resolved. Customer inflicted damages, such as, cuts to the clothes made at the time of opening the package, will not qualify for a replacement.
