How long does processing take?

Please be aware that all orders are processed within 3- 4  business days (NOT including weekends, sales or holidays). All orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
Please NOTE: Processing time is different from shipping time.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?


All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-4 business days or sooner.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:

USPS Standard Shipping:  5-7 business days.

USPS Express: 1-2 business days (orders before 12:30 pm est time)

USPS International: estimated 10-15 business days 

  • Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

 

 

Glam Fusion Styles is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.

 

 Glam Fusion Styles  is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All domestic shipping has $50.00 insurance Through USPS.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

 

At Glam Fusion Styles, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold.

 

I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

 

    No, we do not offer refunds. Store Credit Only within 7days.

    DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?

     

      No, we do not offer return labels as exchanged items are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost-efficient shipping method.

       

      ARE ALL ITEMS USUALLY RESTOCKED?

       

        No, most items never restock so we suggest to buy all of the items that you love before they sell out!
        Certain items will restock if the manufacturer happens to remake the style over again. We have a restock notification link on all product pages.
        We recommend signing up to receive an email if the item comes back and is available in your size.
        If the product is no longer showing online it will no longer be restocking.

         

        Why am I being charged Sales Tax on an online order?

         

          In 2021 many states across the nation passed laws requiring online retailers to collect sales tax.
          We are expected to comply with these laws and collect the appropriate tax for each state the order is purchased from even
          if we do not have a physical storefront in that state.

           

          WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

           

            Our items sometimes sell out very quickly due to a high demand or occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.

             

            I received an item and it's damaged.

             

              Although this is something that rarely occurs, in the event that you do receive something damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours,
              via email glamfusionstyles@gmail.com so our customer service team can help you get that resolved as soon as possible!
              Your satisfaction is important to us so we will do whatever we can to assist. Please do not send any item back that is
              damaged as we will not accept it without prior notification.
